That was kind of like a nervous thing for me. I’ve had like implants in the past where I had different practices where I wasn’t, you know, so I had a little bit of a unique situation. Dr. Vail, he talked to, I know his wife’s also a dentist, his father, you know, I got opinions from everybody.
And, you know, exactly what I told him, I said, look, I was like, I don’t tell you how to do your job. You don’t tell me how to do my job. This is yours.
Just do, just do what you need, you know? So I 100% trust their decision making, their, you know, process they have for something like this. So, yeah, I’m very happy with it.

Vail Dental Associates has definitely improved my smile because I’m going through the Invisalign now. I only got about, I think, maybe three or four months left, which I can’t wait for, you know, but it honestly, it hasn’t not been as bad as I anticipated. You know, it has always bothered me when I was younger, you know, I didn’t really need braces, I wasn’t that bad, but you know, some things just, you know, hours wise bother me and so that’s why I inquired about it and they were more than accepting to, you know, kind of help me out.

It’s going very, very smooth, you know, but I’ve stayed like regimented, just how you told me, I don’t deviate, I don’t do my own thing when I feel like it, so I’m sticking to the plan. Here at Vail Dental Associates, I’ve had my routine cleanings done and I’ve also had a couple fillings. Each time that I come in, Dr. Vail walks me through the entire process and he makes sure that I understand everything that’s going on and he is communicative with his partner that he’s working with and they just make everything go super smoothly. When I went in for my fillings, they gave me something for numbing and they were honest with me and said, this is what’s going in, this is what you’re going to feel and it just made me feel super great about the process and ending up with really great results.

The personal attention you get, the fact that I knew even after I had dental work that if I had any problems I could call Dr. Vail at any time. There were a few times over the years that I know he was probably doing something he didn’t want to have to stop and leave but he has to come and take care of something in my mouth. I can’t think of any of these big places that would do something like that.
They would probably send you somewhere or get you a prescription for pain meds and then we’ll see you Monday or something like this. I mean he would be a very personable, ask me questions, do you think you can wait and if I hesitated I’m not sure. Okay we’ll meet me at the office in a couple hours or something like that and I would say overall he’s done that a couple times for me and I wouldn’t expect that from a large corporation.

What sets this practice apart is I like that it’s multi-generational and that there are people that they can go to. It’s not just a one-man band or a one-man show or a one-woman show. It is a group of people that can consult with each other and work together, so I like that.

I knew from experience that there was something not right, but I was not sure what it was. So when I came in for my routine appointment, when I made the first appointment, I said, oh, and by the way, there’s a problem in this tooth. And I think I should have that looked at first.
And they were really accommodating with that. And so he said, well, yes, you did. You cracked a tooth.
You did a great job. Congratulations. And then I was given options, which is always, it’s good to empower yourself.
And then I was given the knowledge to know what the options were and how they were going to happen. So I didn’t have to leave here. I did everything in house, so to speak.
And it was a great experience. I, I can’t speak for other people, but I wasn’t painful. It took a little bit of time, but if you want something done that will be last everlasting, so to speak, or that will be done the right way.
You can’t just do it in one day, in my opinion. And from what I’ve learned.
