If someone shows interest in getting a cosmetic case done, we first start with an aesthetic consultation, which is them coming in their own individual time and we take a full mouth scan and then that’s analyzed and I talk with the lab tech and we mock up digitally exactly what we want the end product to look like. And at that point, we have that model is made and brought back in so that I can place those teeth into someone’s mouth with temporary crown material so that they can see what it’s going to look like after before we ever touch the teeth at all. So, we come in, we do the aesthetic consult, and then you do an aesthetic try-in for you to evaluate it and even go so far as I’ve had somebody walk out of the office with that in for them to try it out for a couple of days.
And so, there’s no questions on the back end. I’m not a risk taker. I don’t like anything that the outcome can’t be predicted before we start and especially with something as personal as an aesthetic case.
The patients really know what they’re getting into before they get started. And then, of course, you know, you pair that with the, you know, the comfort menu type stuff that we have and, you know, I tell them to bring noise-canceling headphones with them and, yeah, just sit back and relax and you’re gonna leave with a smile at the end of the day.
